Ontology announced over 100 million MovieBloc Airdrops in the month of April and there are ways to receive the upcoming airdrops from MovieBloc. In the first Airdrop which was released from April 1 to April 5, people had to join the MovieBloc official Telegram group. The airdrops were based on the number of members in the Telegram group by April 5th around 23:59 (UTC). Each person can receive 3,000 MBL if the number of members is less than 10,000. Each person can receive 4,000 MBL if the members are between 10,000 and 20,000. Lastly, each person can receive 5,000 MBL if the number of members is between 20,000 and 25,000. Airdrop 1 ended on April 2 as announced that it will end once the number of members hit 25,000.
Airdrop 2 will run from April 5 to April 15th, 23:59 (UTC). In order to receive this airdrop, people have to register for the Candy Box and earn rewards. From April 5th to April 15th, all Korean users who have Korean mobile phone numbers and who register to Ontology Candy Box can get 1,000 MBL and 7 ONG.
According to the Ontology Team, with the new Candy Box, they are giving users more options with the consideration that users might want to have a third party guardian that will back up the users’ private key. Candy Box is linked to a mobile phone number that users can use to log in. Candy Box is also accessible via a desktop which was something you cannot do in the older version.
The Ontology Team announced however that the members who earned MBL in Airdrop 1, however, cannot participate in Airdrop 2.
For Airdrop 3, these are first come, first serve airdrops in Candy Box. These will occur on April 9 at 11:00 and April 12 also at 11:00 (UTC). There will be 500 MBL per person that will be released for 8,000 people–4,000 on April 9, and 4,000 on April 12. They have to visit Candy Box and create a new ONT ID.
Users and members have to complete their KYC in order for them to be able to withdraw their MBL as well as invite friends to join or sign up in Candy Box. In order to avoid delays in the KYC, the Ontology Team is recommending the use of a passport photo to complete verification. In cases that verification is rejected, try again using a second, clearer photo.
The Ontology Team announced that all MBL and ONG rewards after these series of Airdrops will be distributed after May 31. All KYC have to be completed in order for users to receive their MBL and that the team will be keeping users posted on their website and social media channels.
